Meet Dr. Rinehart

Dr. Doug Rinehart was raised in Jonesboro, AR. He graduated from Jonesboro High School in 2004, which earned him a Governor’s Scholarship to attend Lyon College in Batesville, AR.

During his time in Batesville, AR, he was involved on campus and in the community. He was one of the originating members of the Pre-Dental Club at the college and went on to be the Club President in 2007-08. He was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society, Who’s Who Among American College Students, and the Chi Beta Phi Science Honor Society. Dr. Rinehart was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity from 2005-2008 serving as Vice President in 2007. He was elected Senior Class President in 2007 and graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2008.

He then went on to attend Dental School at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN from 2008-2012. While attending Dental School Dr. Rinehart was a member of the ASDA (American Student Dental Association) and is now a proud member of the ADA (American Dental Association) and ASDA (Arkansas State Dental Association). Dr. Rinehart received Dr. Thomas and Marjorie Weems Scholarship (2011-12) for Academic Achievement and then went on to graduate from Dental School in 2012 receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery.

He not only received his Dental Degree while in Dental School, but he also met his wife. He is happily married to Dr. Kathryn Rinehart who is also a practicing dentist in the Bentonville area. They both truly love everything that Northwest Arkansas has to offer and their friends and neighbors that call it home.
