Payment/Insurance Information

Everyone’s financial situation is different and for this reason, we provide a variety of payment options.

Do you accept insurance?

We are In-Network Providers for Delta Dental and Met-life Insurance. However, we are willing to file any and all claims to any insurance company on the patients behalf. Typically, we have great success filing claims and getting our patients reimbursed for the insurance companies portion.

Once the insurance has been filed, we work with the patient and the insurance reimbursement in one of two ways.

  1. We apply the received reimbursement to the patient’s account and the patient is responsible for any remaining balance. Insurance coverage may not cover all of your dental expenses and you will be responsible for the remaining charges.
  2. The insurance company reimburses the patient directly and we ask the patient to pay in full at the time of service. The patient then keeps any insurance check mailed directly to them.
